When we first came out with the idea of kindergarten Kick-Boxing our main focus was helping the youngsters to get close to training and make them love the sport itself. With Kindergarten Kick-Box we want to help increase the coordination, strengthen the muscles, give a better stamina and quickness with all kinds of tasks specialized for kids.
Our main goal is to establish the basic martial arts skills. During training we focus on the development of the coordination and balance and try to strengthen the core muscles.
We aim to develop the flexibility, which are the most important part of perform the perfect kick, and also helps maintain muscle balance giving the kids a better and healthy posture. Teaching the main elements of Kick-Boxing is also a big part of the training.
Age group: 3-7 years.
