Throughout my work as a coach I'm focusing on adapting efficient and diverse training methods and equipment's. I prefer functional training as it is the basic form of movements for every other sport. It builds up and teaches the body for the basic moves.
During a training among other things we use kettlebells, medicine-balls, instable pillows, TRX's, gym-sticks, jump-ropes, stools, boxing bags and Rops too. This training will prepare our immune and muscle system for the everyday workloads. This form of training is like a series of exercises by which we can do our everyday tasks more efficiently.
